If you type your email on this site, it is used for one thing: a Sunday email with that week’s trades and P&L. Nothing is for sale. The list is never sold or shared for marketing.

Submitting the form emails your address to me (caspibro) at caspi.ready.spam@gmail.com. The form is handled by FormSubmit, which forwards the signup to that inbox and sends you an automatic confirmation. FormSubmit is a processor acting on my instructions. I am the controller. Addresses live in that Gmail account, not in a separate newsletter database on this site.

Lawful basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the form.

You can:

• unsubscribe by replying to any email from the list, or
• ask to see or delete the address the same way — reply and say so.

The address is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. This page does not use advertising cookies. A YouTube embed (privacy-enhanced domain) loads only if a video is published on the homepage.
